Summary: The Project Manager role focuses on managing IAM workstreams to support the adoption of Identity and Access Management across global business functions. The position requires strong project management skills and technical understanding of IAM, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders, manage project resources, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives. This role is based in Sheffield, UK, with a hybrid working arrangement involving two days on-site each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage one of the IAM Workstreams supporting the adoption of IAM across Global Business and Global Functions.
  • Work with the team using standard PM reporting practices ensuring JIRA Confluence is kept up to date.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement across the programme.
  • Lead assigned internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver on the agreed scope.
  • Engage with business and technology stakeholders to agree priorities.
  • Proactively follow up with project resources ensuring workstream delivers to the agreed schedule.
  • Highlight any concerns with progress to the programme manager to ensure delivery stays on track.
  • Effectively handle changes to plan resourcing and new requirements.
  • Provide weekly reporting of status, risks, and issues across the workstream.

Key Skills:

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Good technical understanding of DevOps, Jenkins, CICD Pipelines, cloud and on-premise infrastructure platforms.
  • Previous hands-on experience of delivering IAM projects.
  • Good technical understanding of IAM and controls capabilities and requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills involving senior stakeholders.
  • Positive proactive team player working as part of a large programme global team.
  • Good understanding of regulatory and audit requirements.
  • An inquisitive nature with a rapid aptitude for learning.
  • A PM qualification (Prince 2, PMP).
  • Proven track record of working with technical Cybersecurity and operations teams.
  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Lead for a complex programme or in a large organisation.
