Project Manager (HRIS)

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic business and transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and objectives are achieved.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and actions across multiple workstreams.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide clear, effective communication throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology change initiatives.
• Support change adoption and stakeholder engagement across impacted business areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex HR and Technology projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing a broad range of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience supporting HR, People, Technology or fee earners.
• Commercially aware and pragmatic approach to project delivery.
• Experience of Workday or similar enterprise platforms would be beneficial
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
