Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of a high-visibility digital coaching and leadership development pilot for senior stakeholders
- Develop and manage robust project plans, risk logs, dependencies, and governance forums
- Drive alignment with wider HR transformation initiatives, including culture change, performance, and talent management
- Translate pilot findings into actionable insights and a strategic case for scale-up across the enterprise
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including PMO, internal systems (e.g., Workday), and analytics
- Engage with senior stakeholders to build trust, manage expectations, and drive decision-making
- Ensure timely reporting and tracking against KPIs, milestones, and change impacts
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale HR or business transformation projects (ideally in FS or consulting)
- Strong project management qualifications (PRINCE2, APM, Agile, or equivalent – mandatory)
- Skilled in navigating complex matrix organisations and influencing at senior levels
- Experience with performance management, employee engagement, talent frameworks, and digital HR systems (e.g., Workday)
- Data-literate and able to collaborate effectively with insight and analytics teams to inform strategy
