This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who consistently performs. You will own full lifecycle delivery of application deployment from initiation and planning through execution, go-live and handover, working autonomously within a fast-paced clinical environment.
You will manage application configuration, testing coordination, cutover planning, stakeholder engagement across clinical and operational teams, and ensure smooth transition to live system with minimal clinical disruption.
Must have the following:
- Proven delivery experience within healthcare leading application system deployments - evidenced results, not just healthcare on your CV
- Exceptional communication skills across clinical, operational and technical stakeholders
- Diligent, detailed planning with strong financial project controls and budget management
- A relentlessly proactive approach to delivery with pace and quality
- Hands-on problem solving with clinical safety awareness throughout
- Experience managing application cutover activities and go-live coordination
- Strong vendor and technical team management capability
- Ability to operate part-time whilst maintaining delivery momentum and stakeholder accountability
This is for robust delivery PMs only. You must be able to demonstrate repeatedly delivering healthcare application deployments with quality outcomes and superb client feedback.
Part-time contract. Outside IR35 role. Hybrid working with onsite presence required for stakeholder engagement, key workshops and go-live activities.
