Summary: The role of Project Manager involves overseeing a Commercial groundworks project near Sheffield for a leading contractor in the industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and working alongside the Operations Manager.
- Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety.
- Keeping site diaries.
- Producing RAMS.
- Producing cost plans.
- Quality Assurance.
- Producing programmes.
- Managing the client.
- Providing progress reports.
- Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.
Key Skills:
- CSCS.
- SMSTS.
- First aid.
- Temporary Works Coordinator (beneficial).
- Experience in commercial groundworks.
- Experienced in cost plans, RAMS, programming, etc.
- 12+ years project management experience.
