Summary: The Project Manager role focuses on developing and deploying Generative AI (GenAI) solutions within a firm, utilizing tools like JIRA and Roadmunk. The position requires effective planning, execution, and the ability to identify and resolve impediments to ensure successful delivery of GenAI capabilities. The role is based in Glasgow, Scotland, and involves on-site work three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage tools like JIRA and Roadmunk to develop plans, and improve transparency on delivery status, risks, and issues
- Ensure deliverables/expected outcome, roles and responsibilities for delivery are clearly defined
- Assist the team in identifying and removing technical and organizational impediments
- Facilitate and improve team interactions with partners, stakeholders, and peers
- Maintain project documentation and reporting on project progress to stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative culture and ensure the team regularly celebrates success
- Use metrics and tooling to identify trends and opportunities improvement
Key Skills:
- Dedication to cross-function collaboration, communication and breaking down of silos
- Deep expertise in JIRA and other work tracking and delivery tooling
- Familiar with technical concepts including data and compute infrastructure, GenAI and LLMs, use of vendor technology vs in-house built
- Knowledge of Roadmunk and Rally
- Financial Services and transformation experience
- Technical expertise in GenAI development

- The AI Development Platform provides firmwide GenAI capabilities to enable the firm's tech teams to develop and deploy GenAI solutions to meet desired business outcomes.
- This role is for a Project Manager who assist in planning, executing, and identifying and clearing impediemnts to enable effective delivery of firmwide GenAI capabilities.
