Summary: We are looking for a Project Manager to spearhead a Front Office transformation at a leading alternative asset investment firm in Mayfair. The role involves implementing DealCloud and optimizing the firm's data and portfolio monitoring systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in asset management and data integration. This position requires a strong focus on stakeholder management and project delivery within a six-month timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration and rollout of DealCloud to investment professionals.
  • Oversee the flow of data between Markit EDM, Snowflake, and the Front End reporting tools.
  • Manage the implementation of specialized monitoring platforms to enhance investment oversight.
  • Work directly with Front Office, Data Engineering, and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.

Key Skills:

  • Deep experience within Private Credit, Private Equity, or Asset Management.
  • Comfortable discussing data architecture (Snowflake/EDM) while managing business change (DealCloud).
  • Proven ability to start a project and deliver tangible results within a 6-month window.
  • Ability to work from the Mayfair office 3-4 days per week.

The Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a Front Office transformation for a premier alternative asset investment firm in Mayfair. This role is focused on the successful implementation and integration of DealCloud, alongside the optimization of the firm's data and portfolio monitoring ecosystem.

The Tech Stack

This is a data-heavy environment. Candidates must demonstrate prior experience managing projects involving:

  • DealCloud: Full-life cycle implementation or major feature rollout for Front Office teams.

  • Data Platforms: Experience with Snowflake data warehousing.

  • Data Management: Familiarity with Markit EDM (IHS Markit).

  • Portfolio Monitoring: Experience with portfolio data collection and monitoring tools.
