Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee digital elements including budget tracking, timelines, and resource assignments.
  • Escalate budget decisions to Account Management.
  • Collaborate with Digital Producers on technical implementation.
  • Translate business requirements between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Lead entire projects from start to finish.
  • Create detailed project plans (objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, communication, RACI, risk, quality).
  • Develop Statements of Work (SOW) with input from subject matter experts (SMEs).

  • Plan and allocate resources based on required skill sets.
  • Define production scope, budget, and schedule in collaboration with SMEs and Content Producers.
