Summary: The role of Project Manager involves leading MI, planning, and reporting activities or data-driven initiatives within a large-scale remediation programme at Deloitte. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimisation of comprehensive project and programme plans, establishing robust governance structures with clear ownership, timelines, and dependencies for controlled delivery.
  • Translate complex business information needs into clear MI/reporting requirements, designing and collaborating on solutions that deliver actionable insights aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of MI/reporting solutions, overseeing resources, budgets, and timelines, including milestone tracking and essential documentation (e.g., process maps) to meet specifications.
  • Establish and maintain robust data governance frameworks to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all data used for MI and reporting, thereby assuring the reliability of all outputs.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships to build collaborative programme plans and facilitate effective communication, while proactively identifying and managing project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Lead the planning, governance, and optimisation of the Data Workstream's project and programme plans, defining clear ownership, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data solutions, including ingestion, transformation, and integration, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements.
  • Establish and enforce robust data quality standards and governance frameworks to assure the accuracy and integrity of all data assets.
  • Track project progress, manage milestones, risks, and issues, and ensure the creation of essential project documentation, including process maps.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the Data Workstream, managing expectations and facilitating effective communication with all stakeholders.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a Deloitte team supporting the delivery of a large-scale remediation programme. We have two roles as follows:

1. Project Manager - MI, Planning and Reporting

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead MI, planning, and reporting activities across a multi-workstream programme. This role is ideal for someone who is analytic and has SQL experience. Required to have a strong ability to give the necessary direction to extract and manipulate data, perform analysis and conduct data quality assurance. Skills in data visualisation through dashboard creation who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimisation of comprehensive project and programme plans, establishing robust governance structures with clear ownership, timelines, and dependencies for controlled delivery.

A critical aspect of this role involves leading data integrity analysis, establishing robust data quality standards, and implementing validation processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data. The successful candidate will possess strong skills in data visualisation through dashboard creation and thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to confidently collaborate across diverse technical and business teams.
