Summary: The Project Manager role focuses on fostering a data-centric culture within a large energy and commodities company. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a champion for data culture, enabling the business and operational team to get the best from their data and tools available.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data learning needs and create tailored solutions that meet these requirements.
• Collaborate with business teams to align data initiatives with business objectives.
• Communicate and organise available data learning programs to enhance employees’ data literacy and capability (across different target audiences).
• Establish metrics to evaluate the progress of data use and value from stakeholders.
