Summary: The Project Manager for Electricity Infrastructure will lead critical projects, ensuring alignment between National Grid assets and IDNO environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Full end-to-end oversight of infrastructure schemes from inception to commissioning.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Managing complex interfaces between the client, National Grid, and regulatory bodies.
  • Governance & Reporting: Leading programme oversight, risk/issue management, and financial reporting.
  • Contract Management: Ensuring project alignment with NEC4 contract requirements and technical standards.
  • Site Engagement: Leading occasional site visits to ensure delivery alignment (approved business mileage covered).

Key Skills:

  • Sector Expertise: Proven track record of project delivery within the Electricity / Utility / Infrastructure sectors.
  • National Grid Exposure: Prior experience interfacing with National Grid is highly desirable.
  • Technical Standards: Familiarity with National Grid technical standards (e.g., TP163 / TP137) is advantageous.
