Summary: The Project Manager - Digital & Transformation role involves leading multiple projects focused on digital transformation and automation within a pioneering organization. The position requires managing the full project life cycle, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence while collaborating with key stakeholders. The role emphasizes the use of RPA tools like UiPath and Blue Prism, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a minimum on-site requirement of two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects within the digital transformation portfolio.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the full end-to-end project life cycle.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and inspire the project team.
  • Monitor project progress, track budgets, and manage risks.

Key Skills:

  • Experience delivering at least 3 end-to-end projects in a digital transformation setting.
  • Proficiency with RPA tools such as UiPath and Blue Prism.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prince2 or equivalent project management certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
