Summary: An experienced Contract Project Manager is sought to lead the delivery of a complex data platform programme, ensuring effective translation of business and data requirements into structured deliverables. The role requires strong governance and hands-on coordination among business, data, and technology stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end delivery, oversee data governance frameworks, and facilitate workshops to drive alignment and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of data workstreams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution
  • Own and drive requirements gathering activities across key data domains, working closely with business stakeholders and SMEs
  • Translate business needs into clearly defined, prioritised deliverables for data engineering and platform teams
  • Oversee definition of source-to-target mappings and transformation logic for data platform migration
  • Coordinate the design and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) structures, including entities, hierarchies and golden records
  • Ensure clear documentation and visibility of data flows, lineage and integration dependencies across the platform
  • Establish and embed data governance frameworks, including ownership models, stewardship and data quality controls
  • Facilitate and lead workshops across business, engineering and vendor teams to drive alignment and delivery progress
  • Manage delivery risks, dependencies and timelines across multiple stakeholders and third parties

Key Skills:

  • 6–10+ years Project Management experience on data programmes
  • Experience delivering MDM implementations
  • Strong experience with Informatica (MDM / Data Quality / Integration)
  • Experience working with Snowflake or modern cloud data platforms
  • Exposure to Databricks or lakehouse architectures
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, governance and data quality
