Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ICT and transformation projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality.
- Analyse timesheet and forecast data, conduct three-way comparisons, document team structures, identify discrepancies, and coordinate realignment with Service Delivery Managers.
- Define requirements, maintain risk and issue logs, produce reports, and support governance forums.
- Ensure financial visibility, track project costs, support milestone billing, and drive effective communication across stakeholders.
- Report to Senior Project Managers or Programme Managers and operate within established project management frameworks.
Key Skills:
- Data Analytics experience with the ability to spot anomalies.
- Ability to deliver strong messages through presentations to all stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with excellent written communication.
- Experience comparing forecast, actuals, and organisational structures and documenting required amendments.
- Ability to manage ICT infrastructure or application delivery projects through the full lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Prince2, Agile, or SAFe methodologies.
- Experience in risk, scope, change, and financial management.
- Ability to coordinate with SDMs, Line Managers, and project boards.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
