Summary: The Project Manager for Contact Centre Transformation at Boots will lead the end-to-end delivery of a new Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solution. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Contact Centre Transformation project.
• Manage overall project collaboration with IT and 3rd Party Project Managers.
• Ensure successful delivery of multiple workstreams with appropriate governance and controls.
• Provide clear updates to senior stakeholders and executives for status reporting.
• Apply best practices in programme and project management for quality delivery.
• Coordinate with other project/programme managers for alignment and collaboration.
• Lead and chair workshops with senior, technical, product, and business stakeholders.
• Prioritize tasks in a busy environment with conflicting demands.
