We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee a Mechanical/HVAC installation project on the construction of a new pharmaceutical plant in Malta. We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive individual to manage project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure successful execution of daily operations on-site.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage Mechanical/HVAC installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client specifications.Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and in line with project deadlines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to coordinate project efforts and resource allocation.Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, to provide project updates and address any issues that arise.Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.Resolve any conflicting priorities and challenges that may arise during project execution.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.Participate in project meetings and presentations to communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results on time and within budget.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and industry best practices.CDM (Construction Design and Management) qualified certification is essential, must be valid and up to date.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; capability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.Proficient in project management software and tools; familiarity with scheduling and budgeting tools.For more information, apply below and a member of our recruitment team will reach out to arrange a call.
