Project Manager Construction - Corporate, Commercial & Retail portfolio - Oxfordshire - Client Side (Local Government) - Hybrid - Home/Site working - Long Term Contract (estimated up to 18 months initially) - c£350 - £400 per day (CIS/Self Employed) or £275 to £300 per day + holiday pay, employers NI etc. - weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Leading projects through all stages to completion
• Overseeing budgets
• Managing contractors and the supply chain
• Acting as the client in a variety of projects
• Delivering clear communication and reporting progress to stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance and liaising with in-house teams
• Driving collaboration across internal and external teams
• Chairing project meetings, leading site inspections, resolving disputes, and fulfilling client duties

Experience Required

• Previous experience of managing construction, refurbishments and a variety of projects within a corporate/commercial environment
• Strong track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, procurement, and regulations
• Skilled communicator and stakeholder manager
• Good IT skills
• Desirable to hold a professional membership such as MAPM, MCIOB, RICS etc.
