Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive delivery aligned to the statutory deadline
  • Establish a central document repository and version control framework
  • Review formal CMA Notices and map requirements to internal owners
  • Track progress across all requests, proactively chasing and escalating where needed
  • Support teams by clarifying requirements and interpreting regulatory expectations
  • Ensure responses are delivered on time, with appropriate review cycles
  • Ensure all submissions are accurate, fully evidenced, consistent, and signed off by relevant leadership
  • Maintain robust governance, including audit trails of sources and approvals
  • Prepare briefing papers and meeting packs for CMA engagement
