We are working with a consultancy client in the United Arab Emirates and are looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager who can lead technical teams to deliver new Card Platform projects for banking customers in the UAE. The client would like candidates with experience in banks from the UK (and global banks) but who also have extensive experience in Cards (debit cards, credit cards projects).
