You will be working as a Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead the transformation of resource management. With multiple departments driving digital and transformational projects, there is an urgent need for a structured, centralised approach to tracking and optimising resource allocation. You will evaluate current practices, propose strategic improvements, and recommend tooling or processes to enhance efficiency. Working across teams - including IT and PMO, you'll drive adoption of a unified resource management framework and ensure stakeholders are equipped with the right methodologies to plan, track, and manage resources effectively.
