You will be working with a leading organisation that is based in South Wales.

Your new role

You will be working as a Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead the transformation of resource management. With multiple departments driving digital and transformational projects, there is an urgent need for a structured, centralised approach to tracking and optimising resource allocation.

You will evaluate current practices, propose strategic improvements, and recommend tooling or processes to enhance efficiency. Working across teams - including IT and PMO, you'll drive adoption of a unified resource management framework and ensure stakeholders are equipped with the right methodologies to plan, track, and manage resources effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Resource Planning Lead
