Summary: The role of Project Manager (Building/M&E) involves leading a diverse portfolio of capital, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects in West London. The position requires ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery while overseeing contractors and stakeholders. This is a hybrid role with an initial duration of 6 months and requires working through an umbrella company due to IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end delivery of construction, refurbishment, and M&E projects.
• Overseeing contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Managing budgets, programmes, and risks.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and CDM.
• Leading project meetings, design reviews, and progress reporting.
• Working with and administering JCT Contract forms.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience managing estates, construction, or facilities projects.
• Strong technical knowledge across building fabric and M&E systems.
• Experience with JCT Contracts (essential).
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
