Summary: The role of Project Manager (Building/M&E) involves leading a diverse portfolio of capital, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects in West London. This is a hybrid role with an initial duration of 6 months and requires working through an umbrella company due to IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of construction, refurbishment, and M&E projects.
  • Overseeing contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing budgets, programmes, and risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and CDM.
  • Leading project meetings, design reviews, and progress reporting.
  • Working with and administering JCT Contract forms.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience managing estates, construction, or facilities projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge across building fabric and M&E systems.
  • Experience with JCT Contracts (essential).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Estates & Facilities Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of capital, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects across our estate. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of construction, refurbishment, and M&E projects.
  • Overseeing contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing budgets, programmes, and risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and CDM.
