What You’ll Be Doing You’ll take the lead on managing major engineering contracts within a vast and multidisciplinary programme. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of key project milestones. Working with a matrix team of engineers, designers, commercial experts, and project controls professionals, you’ll coordinate efforts across the Joint Design Office and on-site construction teams. From overseeing international procurement and design to managing construction activities and stakeholder relationships, you’ll be at the centre of a high-impact, high-visibility project.

Who You Are You’re a seasoned project professional with a strong background in engineering or construction. You’re ready to step into a role that demands leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking. With extensive experience managing complex projects in regulated sectors like nuclear, energy, or infrastructure, you bring a deep understanding of engineering design, procurement, and construction. You’re confident working with NEC or FIDIC contracts and have a degree in a relevant field—chartered status is a bonus. You’re familiar with CDM Regulations and project control tools such as Earned Value, CEMAR, and Teamcenter. An APM PMQ or equivalent qualification is preferred.
