Summary: The Project Manager will support a multidisciplinary AI research team focused on machine learning and generative AI. This role involves structuring complex technical initiatives, coordinating across diverse teams, and ensuring the success of innovative research programs. The Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to manage timelines and guide projects from inception to delivery. The position is expected to last until December 31, 2025, with a possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure and execute research project plans, managing scope, schedules, interdependencies, and risks
  • Coordinate third-party dataset approvals, project reporting, and research documentation
  • Facilitate communication across engineering, product, legal, and other cross-functional teams
  • Lead project planning sessions and track milestones for ML agent-based research initiatives
  • Provide visibility into progress using data-driven updates, risk tracking, and mitigation strategies
  • Align project goals with team and organizational strategy, ensuring all stakeholders are informed

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in machine learning, AI, data mining, recommendation systems, or pattern recognition
  • Strong technical background, including coding proficiency (Python preferred)
  • Proven track record managing technical projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience with generative AI or large language model (LLM) research (preferred)
  • Experience managing remote or distributed research teams (preferred)
  • Familiarity with research product development in tech or startup environments (preferred)
  • Background in project management at a leading technology company (preferred)
  • Formal training or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum) (preferred)

Duration:- Until 31st December 2025(Possible extension) We're seeking a Project Manager to support a high-impact, multidisciplinary AI research team working at the frontier of machine learning, generative AI, and ML agents. In this role, you’ll bring structure to complex technical initiatives, coordinate across diverse teams, and help ensure the success of innovative research programs that shape the future of AI. You’ll work closely with researchers, engineers, legal, and policy stakeholders to drive execution, manage timelines, and guide technical projects from inception to delivery.
