Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects end to end, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, and deliverables actively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding task coordination for successful project delivery.
• Monitor and report on project status, communicating clearly with stakeholders.
• Manage risks effectively, including reporting and escalation.
• Collaborate with PMO leadership to define and implement governance standards.
• Plan, monitor, and track cross-functional business initiatives from scoping to post-go-live support.
• Conduct post-implementation retrospectives and identify lessons learned.
