Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end projects or assigned workstreams.
- Maintain and manage RAIDD logs, action trackers and delivery controls.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to understand roadmap impacts.
- Support teams as new structures and ways of working are embedded.
- Track progress, manage dependencies and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Provide weekly reporting and present updates to senior stakeholders.
- Lead workshops and project meetings.
- Follow established delivery frameworks and governance processes.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
- Strong background in retail sector project delivery.
- Comfortable working in environments with frequent change and evolving priorities.
- Experience working with SaaS, third-party suppliers and collaborative delivery models.
- Skilled in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
