Summary: Aquent is seeking a seasoned project management professional to join a leading global technology company focused on innovative digital solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary source of information for the “when” and “how” of strategic programs within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with Market Managers to expedite the launch process of sales initiatives.
- Partner with Sales Route to Market Leads to drive efficiencies on transformational initiatives.
- Participate in due diligence and planning cycles to understand strategic objectives.
- Demonstrate cross-functional leadership through collaboration with key partners.
- Influence other groups in defining policy, procedures, or systems.
- Prepare presentations for the team and senior management.
- Set up an appropriate communications infrastructure to track initiative status.
- Manage the end-to-end project life cycle, including effort estimation and scope management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to achieve business success metrics.
- Focus on developing new processes to eliminate barriers impacting efficiency.
- Assist in the development and ongoing improvement of team standard methodologies.
- Identify areas for improvement in operations and drive enhancements.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary source of information for the “when” and “how” of strategic programs within the portfolio, and for the overall portfolio itself.
- Collaborate with Market Managers to expedite the launch process of sales initiatives, from ideation to implementation.
- Partner with Sales Route to Market Leads, driving efficiencies and productivity on transformational initiatives.
- Participate in due diligence and planning cycles (annual and quarterly) to understand strategic objectives and provide perspective on integration planning, risks, and challenges.
- Demonstrate cross-functional leadership through collaboration and effective relationships with key partners across Sales, Product, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, and other relevant organizations to deliver strategic initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Influence other groups and functional areas in defining policy, procedures, or systems, synthesizing recommendations from functional knowledge and available data.
- Prepare presentations for the team and senior management, highlighting performance in an easy-to-understand, executive-ready manner.
- Set up an appropriate communications infrastructure, including cross-functional team meetings, status reporting, and informal conversations, to track initiative status and keep stakeholders informed.
- Approach the unique challenges of market initiatives in a highly matrixed environment with an empathetic and solution-oriented lens.
- Manage the end-to-end project life cycle, including effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring, and reporting of project execution (risk management, timeline, dependencies).
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to achieve business success metrics and value drivers.
- Focus on developing new processes to eliminate barriers and bottlenecks that impact efficiency, streamlining initiatives, and optimizing existing processes.
- Assist in the development and ongoing improvement of team standard methodologies, playbooks, processes, and tools, ensuring their effective understanding and utilization across the business.
- Identify areas for improvement in operations and help drive enhancements through scalability initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience in market operations, program management, or business operations, ideally within fast-paced software companies.
- Exdtensive Project Management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Suite, as well as Smartsheets, Lucid Chart, and other collaborative cloud-based document management/creation platforms.
- Experience with Workfront desirable.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional project management skills.
