Summary: The Project Manager at Hogarth will oversee the design, localization, and production projects for Dyson's GB & I markets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and client expectations. This role requires strong client relationship management and effective communication with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with Dyson's in-house creative teams and manage the end-to-end project delivery process. A focus on quality control and proactive problem-solving is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure agreed workflows are followed.
  • Project Management of end-to-end delivery of all projects, including receiving and interrogating client briefs.
  • Creating project briefs, timing plans, and cost estimates.
  • Communicating and negotiating priorities and deadlines with internal and external teams.
  • Organizing and coordinating schedules, distributing workload, and tracking project progress and allocated budget.
  • Managing the localization of master artworks into multiple market languages.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving issues, escalating as needed.
  • Act as a brand QC/Guardian, ensuring brand guidelines and QC checklists are consistently followed.
  • Brief designers and production teams, ensuring correct creative direction.
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
  • Manage work using relevant Hogarth technologies and adhere to agreed processes.

Key Skills:

  • Agency experience gained working on global Marketing accounts, ideally with a localisation background.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the delivery of projects through management of client expectations.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing large scale, complex and multi-market projects.

Department Summary Hogarth is Dyson’s strategic content and commerce delivery partner at a global and local level covering its CGI, mastering, web platform administration, market localization, adaptation and translation needs. Hogarth is fully integrated with Dyson’s in-house creative teams and has grown with them since 2016.

What does a Project Manager do at Hogarth? This is a role for a client-focused Project Manager to manage all aspects of the Dyson GB & I markets asset design, localisation, and production projects. The Project Manager will be based on-site at the client so needs to be able to build strong client relationships, ensure all work adheres to client guidelines and meets brand requirements, timelines and deadlines, working directly with the client to interpret requests and traffic work into Hogarth teams, taking into account resource, timelines and guidelines.
