Project Management Support Specialist

A global Japanese fashion brand is currently recruiting a Project Management Support Specialist to support a corporate separation and demerger project in London.

The role will provide structured coordination across legal workstreams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders, helping to manage project deliverables, risks, dependencies, decisions, and documentation throughout the transition.

The ideal candidate should have experience in project coordination, business transformation, legal operations, consulting, or a related corporate project environment, with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, meeting preparation, action tracking, and follow-up across the corporate separation project
  • Maintain project trackers, decision logs, risk and issue logs, dependency trackers, and other governance materials
  • Coordinate legal workstreams including entity setup, contract transfers, amendments, contract recreation, and governance documentation
  • Coordinate with external advisers, vendors, and service providers to monitor deliverables, timelines, and open actions
  • Support stakeholder engagement across Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, IT, Retail, E-commerce, Operations, and senior management
  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, communications, and materials to support decision-making and stakeholder alignment
  • Support transition planning covering service continuity, operating model requirements, budget implications, ownership, and Day 1 readiness
  • Support other strategic, transformation, operational excellence, or business projects as required

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in project coordination, business transformation, corporate separation, legal operations, consulting, business strategy, or related corporate projects
  • Practical understanding of project governance, stakeholder management, and working with external advisers or vendors
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarise complex topics effectively
  • High attention to detail and strong document management skills
  • Proactive approach with the ability to identify risks, clarify ownership, and drive actions to completion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Business level of fluency in English
  • Japanese or other European language skills are advantageous

Conditions

  • Salary: £50,000 per annum depending on experience + 10% bonus
  • Job Type: fixed-term contract, 12 months
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Start: negotiable
