Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and strategy of programs between the IT service team and end user community.
- Building a trusted brand presence through moderation of sessions and events.
- Creating impactful content and researching trends.
- Acting as a liaison between business and IT organizations.
- Performing administrative tasks to maintain programs/events that drive adoption.
- Identifying and monitoring the adoption of Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Product Owner for an application that assists in adoption and user experience.
Key Skills:
- Professional education in Project Management, IT, Communications/Marketing, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with stakeholder engagement.
- Extensive experience with customer engagement methodologies.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
- Change Management experience.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; German is beneficial.
