Summary: The Project Management Officer (PMO) for International Coordination at Crédit Agricole CIB is responsible for overseeing organizational projects related to cash management and receivables, both domestically and internationally. This role involves project management, budget oversight, and change management within the Transaction Banking Services department. The PMO will also facilitate communication and collaboration across international teams while ensuring operational risk management. Key Responsibilities:

• Support organizational projects in cash management and receivables & supply chain activities for back-office and IT systems.
• Manage the implementation of banking and IOS projects within the TBS department, including international aspects.
• Oversee budget management and activity monitoring.
• Facilitate communication and engagement within the department.
• Manage relationships with the international network, including EBONI.
• Monitor operational risks.
• Develop periodic activity dashboards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise international teams and maintain knowledge bases.
