Summary: The Project Management Specialist role at Randstad Enterprise involves establishing and driving 'Project Excellence' within the AGT Portfolios and functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and provide expertise on the Project Excellence framework across all relevant portfolios, functions, and regions.
- Ensure project and process compliance with established standards by conducting regular checks and monitoring the Project Compliance Matrix.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project management certification and competency requirements within the organisation's AGT sector.
- Govern and manage the primary project management tool, including resolving user issues, maintaining documentation, and coordinating system improvements with the central team.
- Identify, review, and implement continuous improvements to project management processes to increase efficiency, simplification, and harmonisation.
- Provide reporting on project compliance and develop action plans to close out issues found in non-compliant projects.
- Schedule and facilitate key project lifecycle sessions, including project reviews, project close-outs, and Project Manager Handovers.
- Provide guidance and expert support on project management processes and tools to the wider Project Management community.

- Proven expertise in established Project Management methodologies, best practices, and frameworks.
- Strong background in process governance, compliance auditing, and ensuring quality assurance within a project environment.
- Experience in administering or managing project management tools, including user support and system improvement identification.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and implement continuous process improvement and harmonisation initiatives across different functions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of providing clear guidance and support to PMs at various levels.
- Experience in facilitating and coordinating professional-level meetings, reviews, and cross-functional handovers.
- Proficiency in monitoring compliance metrics, undertaking regular process checks, and producing comprehensive compliance reports.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse portfolios, functions, and regions within a large, global organisation.
