Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Monitor project performance, track progress, and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to governance processes and develop project governance frameworks.
- Conduct meticulous budget tracking and comprehensive analysis of monthly actuals.
- Forecast data and provide detailed reporting.
- Manage risks effectively and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in a PMO/Project environment.
- Strong background in Financial Management (budget tracking, actuals/forecast analysis).
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of all PMO Service offerings.
- Ability to identify process improvements and drive changes.
- Eligibility for SC Clearance.
