Summary: The PMO Manager will lead governance and operational excellence for a major business transformation programme, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on PMO activities. This role requires close collaboration with the Programme Manager and stakeholders to ensure the programme stays on track and aligned with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will manage dependencies, governance frameworks, and resource allocation while driving quality and compliance across all workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment across all programme workstreams and manage dependencies.
- Maintain governance frameworks for structured decision-making and change control.
- Manage and monitor the RAID log to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Drive adherence to quality standards and oversee document management practices.
- Manage resource allocation and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with finance teams for budgeting and financial reporting.
- Track progress against key milestones and mitigate potential delays.
- Produce regular programme reports and dashboards for stakeholder visibility.
- Maintain document control and storage systems for compliance.
- Continuously assess and enhance PMO processes for efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between programme leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards and organizational policies.
- Lead daily PMO operations and mentor team members.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years in programme or project management, with 3 years in PMO leadership.
