Summary: My client in the professional services sector is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst for a 6-month rolling contract to support a Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation initiative. The role requires a detail-oriented and delivery-focused individual with a strong background in structured change delivery and experience in managing large-scale programmes. The position involves both on-site and remote work arrangements, with an immediate start date or a maximum one-week notice period. This contract is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end programme governance, reporting, and milestone tracking
- Maintain RAID logs, programme plans, and status reporting across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate and prepare programme documentation, reports, and packs for senior stakeholders
- Monitor key delivery milestones and ensure alignment across project teams
- Provide structure and consistency across programme-level PMO processes
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a PMO Analyst within professional services
- Strong exposure to Target Operating Model (TOM) and large-scale change programmes
- Demonstrated experience in milestone tracking, reporting, and governance frameworks
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communicator, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and delivery teams alike
