Summary: The role of IT Project Management Officer (PMO) involves driving project success through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and meticulous management of project requirements. The PMO will also be responsible for producing insightful updates and managing project plans while addressing challenges proactively. This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring two to three days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise meetings and facilitate workshops to propel the project forward.
- Develop periodic communication packs to share project progress with stakeholders.
- Maintain a comprehensive body of requirements in JIRA.
- Identify potential challenges and engage stakeholders to resolve risks and issues.
- Produce accurate project update materials for various forums and committees.
- Collaborate with Project Leads and Stakeholders to ensure adherence to PMO standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks of Milestones, Deliverables, and Tasks.
- Assess Change Request Forms and confirm necessary sign-offs.
- Utilise Project Tracking tools for timely updates and reports.

- Review Change Requests: Assess Change Request Forms and confirm necessary sign-offs, ensuring smooth transitions and adjustments.
- Leverage Tools: utilise Project Tracking tools to provide timely updates and reports on an ad-hoc basis, keeping the project on track and transparent.
