Summary: The PMO Analyst role involves supporting effective delivery across multiple workstreams within a non-profit organization in London. The position focuses on embedding governance practices, maintaining audit readiness, and facilitating data-driven decision-making. The analyst will work closely with program leadership and stakeholders to ensure compliance and transparency. This is a long-term contract position with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain programme governance and ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements
- Support planning activities, milestone tracking, and KPI reporting
- Monitor, log, and escalate programme risks and issues
- Support structured change control and decision-making processes
- Assist in financial tracking and forecasting in partnership with finance and external consultants
- Coordinate and document governance meetings, workshops, and team reviews
- Produce clear, accurate reports for senior stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Proven PMO experience in a complex programme environment
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and audit frameworks
- Strong ability to manage risks, dependencies, and decision logs
- Solid financial awareness including budget monitoring and resource tracking
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with MS Project or Planner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Degree in a relevant field (Business, Project Management, Finance) or equivalent experience
- Recognised PMO or project management qualification (e.g. P3O, APM PMQ)
