Summary: A PMO Analyst is needed to support a significant IT infrastructure Transformation Programme for a duration of 6 months in a hybrid working arrangement. The role requires strong PMO and project support experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the IT team and projects within the Transformation Programme
- Manage project administration tasks including RAID logs and meeting arrangements
- Produce reports and minutes for meetings
- Liaise with business stakeholders and third-party suppliers
- Utilize MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting

PMO Analyst – IT Infrastructure Programme – 6 months, Leeds/Hybrid, £340 p/d inside IR35
A PMO Analyst is required to support a large, IT infrastructure Transformation Programme. You will have strong PMO, project support experience and have supported IT projects, programmes. You will have excellent organisational, administration, communication skills with good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint.
The role will involve supporting the IT team, projects, liaising with the business, stakeholders, dealing with all the administration, RAID logs, arranging meetings, minutes, producing reports, liaising with 3rd parties and internal teams. The role will require 3 days a week on site near Leeds.
