Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the management of projects, ensuring all required documentation is produced and maintained
  • Supporting functional workshops and taking minutes to record outcomes
  • Removing blockers and supporting continuous development and testing activities
  • Providing training and handover to integrate new processes and procedures throughout the organisation
  • Producing, updating, and maintaining a range of project deliverables, including reporting packs, risk and issues logs, project plans, and more

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in a Senior PMO analyst or similar position, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to apply appropriate controls for coordinating and planning design and build activities
