Summary: The Senior PMO role involves providing hands-on support for a Merger & Acquisition workstream, requiring a proactive and adaptable professional with a strong Agile background. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional PMO support within CBS’s CIDO function to ensure effective project delivery
- Produce, update, and maintain key deliverables: reporting packs, risk/issues logs, project plans, budget trackers, change control, gateway docs
- Support workshops, training, and handover activities to integrate new processes
- Remove delivery blockers and support continuous development & testing
- Apply governance controls across design, build, testing, and release activities
- Maintain alignment with CBS CIDO Framework for plans, dependencies, risks, and issues
- Liaise with delivery teams, acting as a key point of contact and escalation
Key Skills:
- Proven PMO expertise: risk & issue management, change control, reporting, project planning, budget tracking

- M&A experience (desirable)
