Summary: The Senior PMO role involves providing hands-on support for a Merger & Acquisition workstream, requiring a proactive and adaptable professional with a strong Agile background. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional PMO support within CBS’s CIDO function to ensure effective project delivery
  • Produce, update, and maintain key deliverables: reporting packs, risk/issues logs, project plans, budget trackers, change control, gateway docs
  • Support workshops, training, and handover activities to integrate new processes
  • Remove delivery blockers and support continuous development & testing
  • Apply governance controls across design, build, testing, and release activities
  • Maintain alignment with CBS CIDO Framework for plans, dependencies, risks, and issues
  • Liaise with delivery teams, acting as a key point of contact and escalation

Key Skills:

  • Proven PMO expertise: risk & issue management, change control, reporting, project planning, budget tracking
  • Strong Agile background
  • M&A experience (desirable)
