Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of investment committees with business units.
- Prepare, consolidate, and propose actions for the budget trajectory of the IT Plan.
- Facilitate workshops with business and IT teams, consolidating information and classifying projects by priority.
- Enhance the continuous improvement of the Plan process and its interactions with other processes.
- Prepare and lead project plan committees and reviews with business and IT directions.
- Ensure data quality of the project portfolio using the IT Plan management tool and contribute to reporting.

- Experience in managing an IT project portfolio and facilitating communication between business and IT.
- Ability to manage and oversee budgets in terms of man-days and euros.
- Proficiency in producing reports and leading meetings/workshops.
