Key Responsibilities:
- Interface between the technical organization and end user community.
- Create and strategize programs between the IT service team and end users.
- Build a trusted brand presence through moderation of sessions and events.
- Research and adopt trends to create impactful content.
- Demonstrate technical understanding of Microsoft 365 suite capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT, relaying requirements and feedback.
- Build a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Perform administrative tasks to maintain programs/events for user adoption.
- Create content to enhance user experience and adoption.
- Serve as Product Owner for an application that aids in user adoption.
- Identify and monitor adoption of Microsoft 365 Suite and related programs.
Key Skills:
- Professional education in Project Management, IT, Communications/Marketing or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with stakeholder engagement and managing customer issues.
- Extensive experience with customer engagement methodologies and service life cycle.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
- Change Management experience.
- Team player with advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; German is beneficial.
