You will require excellent stakeholder engagement skills, be highly proactive in your approach, a champion of best practice, alongside an unwavering customer focus.

Experience leading large scale systems implementations and upgrades is essential alongside exposure to data warehousing/Business Intelligence systems/SaaS solutions.

Hospitality or retail sector experience is required. A commercial mindset, energy and the ability to deliver at pace are essential.

Hybrid working with 2 days each week onsite in Leicester .

What will you be doing?

• Undertake an initial assessment of live workstreams to gain a clear picture and understanding of the path to implementation/upgrade
• Manage cross functional participation across multiple locations and workstreams
• Work with 3rd party supply partners representing the best interests of the organisation
• Plan, drive, manage and lead on both business adoption and engagement
• Engage stakeholders proactively to build confidence and credibility
• Work at pace, deadlines are tight, the environment is demanding

Location: Hybrid/Leicester (a commitment to 2 days each week on site is essential). UK based. There may be ad hoc requirement for time onsite in London or Liverpool in order to meet the needs of the project.

Timeline: Start of February for 6 months be available from the start of February with no significant holiday dates pending.
