Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of assigned renewable energy projects, working closely with a regional lead to manage projects through early-stage development and prepare them for handoff to the construction team.
- Oversee daily project management, ensuring each project is technically feasible, on schedule, commercially supported, and financially viable.
- Analyze technical and financial data to identify key variables, trends, and performance indicators.
- Support the creation, ownership, and ongoing management of project capital budgets.
- Provide development and permitting support by coordinating with subject matter experts and engineering teams.
- Actively contribute to problem-solving, facilitate engineering processes, and support capital budget approvals.
- Assist in developing construction plans and schedules, support contract negotiations and execution, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Utilize various software tools to manage project data, track deliverables, and support overall project execution.
- Communicate project updates and insights to senior leadership with guidance from the regional lead.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support team organization, data management, and overall project readiness.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong financial and data analysis skills
