Summary: The Project Management Business Partner role is a pivotal position within a leading aerospace organization, focusing on supporting new development projects in a complex environment. The role requires collaboration with project leaders and stakeholders across divisions, ensuring efficient project delivery. The position is based in Filton, Bristol, with a hybrid working arrangement of three days on-site. The contract is set to last until November 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects within a large-scale, complex organisation
- Provide transversal project management support, including project set-up, governance, and integrated planning (schedule, cost, resources)
- Prepare for project gates and reviews
- Manage project interdependencies and stakeholder relationships
- Identify and follow up on project risks and opportunities
- Facilitate team workshops and performance reporting
Key Skills:
- Broad project management experience in large organisations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Experience in risk management, budget management, scheduling, and contract management
- Ability to see both the bigger picture and the detail
- Desirable: Experience in the aerospace sector
- Project Management certification
- Familiarity with digital tools and aircraft development processes

You will provide project management expertise and support, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. The position involves close cooperation with project leaders and stakeholders across multiple divisions, with occasional travel within Europe.
