Summary: The Project Lead role involves overseeing project teams and ensuring effective collaboration between various departments within the Oil and Gas industry. The position requires the establishment of engineering and procurement schedules, development of cost estimates, and compliance with project execution models. The candidate will also contribute to risk management and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines. Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams and secure interface between Engineering & Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, MC/Commissioning and Job-setting
• Establish and maintain engineering activities and procurement schedule
• Develop cost estimates and scope of work for projects to obtain approval by client for project execution
• Responsible for preparing and follow-up of plans, change management, weight, cost and interface with equipment vendors
• Ensure compliance with the agreed Project Execution Model (PEM)
• Gives input to the risk register and contribute to risk management in the project
• Contribute to engineering KPI results both internally and in project
• Comply with the company's HSE guidelines and QA objectives
• Contribute with technical solutions to reduce CO2 footprints and how to utilise standards solutions
• Ensure that discipline deliverables are in compliance with work processes and procedures

Key Skills:

• Higher technical education at Bachelor or Masters Level
• Experience as Project Lead from maintenance and modification projects in Oil and Gas industry
• Experienced in solving multi-discipline problems
• Good knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
• Strong communication and cooperation skills
• Structured and systematic approach
• Good analytic skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team, proactive and focused on safety and project goals
• Good communication skills, fluent written and spoken English and Norwegian
