Project Finance Lawyer | 6 month FTC | 6+ PQE
We are instructed by an international firm that is seeking to appoint a senior Project Finance lawyer on an initial six month FTC basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside industry leaders who advise global clients on complex, bespoke and highly technical projects. Work will be varied and will include project finance, infrastructure finance, asset finance as well as broader structured finance. Whilst sector experience is not essential, an understanding and working knowledge of renewable energy would be advantageous.
We would like to applications from lawyers who meet the following criteria:
- 6 + years' PQE
- Banking & Finance experience which should include energy/infrastructure finance
- Experience gained at a leading City/International firm
- Available at short notice
