Summary: The Project Engineering Scrum Master role is based in Warton and involves hybrid working arrangements. The position requires the successful candidate to facilitate Agile sprints and workshops while maintaining progress records and reporting to management. This is a 9-month contract within a leading Defence organization in the UK. The role demands expertise in various engineering tools and methodologies, particularly in the aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in Siemens run sprints.
- Facilitate workshops and drive scope requirements into delivery through sprints using Siemens toolsets with the businesses nominated SMEs.
- Maintain record of progress and report weekly & monthly into management meetings.
- Drive outputs according to programme schedule.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in Teamcenter PLM, NX CAD, Polarion ALM, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Certified Scrum Master with hands-on experience in Agile transformation.
- Aerospace development lifecycle knowledge, including certification milestones (ASR, SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR).
- Strong knowledge of digital thread, digital twin, and MBSE concepts.
- Good communication skills in English and Indian dialects (primarily Hindi) - added advantage when dealing with Siemens Global Delivery Team.

This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading Defence organisations based In Warton. Hybrid working 1-2 days per week on site.
The successful candidate will be required to perform tasks suitable to the internal level of this role.
The role will contain, but will not be limited to, the following:
- Represent the company in Siemens run sprints.
