Summary: The Project Engineering Manager role is focused on leading projects within the Nuclear industry at Sellafield, Cumbria. The position involves coordinating multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver engineering packages during the design phase. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain SC level security clearance, with a preference for those already cleared. The role requires a minimum of two days per week at the Westlakes Office project location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver FEED and Detailed Engineering Packages.
• Oversee projects involving new buildings, demolition, decommissioning, CE&I, and Mechanical Installs.
• Manage integration of Responsible Engineers for each discipline based on project size and complexity.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among Sub-Contractors and engineering teams.
• Regularly attend the Westlakes Office project location for project oversight.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience managing multidiscipline teams in the Nuclear sector or similar projects.
• Strong understanding of FEED and EPC stages of project management.
• Ability to achieve and retain SC level security clearance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with civils and other engineering disciplines is beneficial.
