Project Engineer Rail OLE

6 Months (2 days a week)

500 per day outside IR35

Role
Experienced OLE Project Engineer required to oversee works on various rail projects.  

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Confirm the competence and availability of resources to be employed/deployed on the project.

Confirm that the discipline construction complies with all applicable standards, legislation, contract requirements and specifications.

Ensure that all design production and checking has been completed and documented. 

Prior to commencement of construction, ensure that the CEM has certified and issued permission to commence construction covering all aspects of construction works to be undertaken. 

Any deviations from the certified design are recorded and managed with the CEM in accordance with the requirements  

Ensure that work package plans are produced, checked, approved, and managed in accordance with standards.

   
Required Experience

-HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or Electrical Engineering

-Extensive Rail OLE experience

-CRE

Please note, this position is for 2 days a week only and will involve office, site, and home working.
